In plain words, here's the agreement (I'll email you the official one with details filled in before the shoot):



• The model will receive electronic copies of all of the usable images from the shoot (hi-res jpeg).

• The model retains ownership of all of the images and can use them as she pleases.  This means the model can modify, sell, post, enter them into contests...whatever the model wants to do because the images I take of you are yours. (This is not true of most agreements - usually you have to pay to own the images!)

• The model gives the photographer the right to modify and post  the images on his MM and giagphotography.wix.com/index website as examples of his work.

• If you want this altered or modified in any way let me know prior to the shoot and we can discuss it - however I do not pay $$ for models and do not have models pay me $$ for my photography.
